Using this website
This version is served locally. The website itself includes no advertising or social-media trackers. Images, videos and fonts load from the same address as the website. Only with consent, page views and contact clicks are counted as daily totals on this local computer (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). No visitor identifiers, form details or IP addresses are stored in these statistics. Totals are pruned after 30 days when the service is used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. You may withdraw consent in Cookie settings at any time.
To deliver pages, the serving system processes necessary connection information such as the requested URL, IP address and browser information. This supports delivery and security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This application has no visitor database.
Your privacy choice
Your Google Maps and statistics preferences is saved in your browser’s local storage under mm-consent-v2, with the time and version of your choice. It lasts for up to 180 days and is not used for analytics. This storage remembers the setting you expressly choose (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). Google Maps: only with consent
Google Maps is blocked until you allow it. After consent, your browser connects to Google. Google may process your IP address, browser and device information, and cookies. Google receives this information and processing may take place outside the EU. Further details are available in Google’s linked privacy policy.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored or accessed on your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent for future use through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not undo information already transferred to Google.
Email and telephone enquiries
Enquiry forms only prepare an email draft. This website does not automatically send or store the entered details. The restaurant receives them only when you send the email yourself. Your email provider handles the message under its own privacy terms.
Details in enquiries actually received are used to answer your request and, where applicable, arrange or fulfil a reservation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries). Retention depends on the purpose of handling the request and applicable legal obligations.
